Bad quality work.you see a fish skin like look on paint as well as little imperfections in paint. Like not cleaned properly before painting. Parts don't fit exactly. Loose trim pieces.

Car was flooded and subsequently scratched and damaged. No responsibility taken, even though pictures were taken that prove the facts. No apologies, just accusations that car was already damaged.

Am extremely satisfied with the overall experience of dealing with Gerber. Ttwice in the last 6 months, I have had the unfortunate experience of needing collision repair. On both occasions, the Gerber team had taken extremely good care of my needs. Their customer service is superior as well as the quality of the repair. I would not consider taking my car to any other collision repair service.
