It seems like the quality is good but I am not happy that it took 5 days to complete the windshield replacement. It was quoted as 2 days possibly 3, but it took 5. I don’t think they even started on it until day 3. Because of this I had to pay an extra $200 for my rental.

Autoworks bodycraft is a great body shop for sure and they take care of their customers. I just had to go out of my way to make a lot of calls to get updates on the progress of the repair. Otherwise, they were willing to work with me on everything and provide all the details as requested. The timeline of the vehicle repair was longer than expected but due to various factors.

They send messages at the end of the day saying they can't do your appointment. And when you reply for more info they dont get back to you until the next day. I scheduled time off to do these things and they are not very good at communicating. I wouldnt use them again

After repair, rear tire has a leak. I was notified my car passed a highway toll while it was with the shop. I’m not sure what happened but seems like someone drove my car and damaged the tire. Not to mention badges were missing when I picked up the car.
