Autocraft Bodywerks was very easy to work with in repairing my car. The estimate Amy prepared was accurate with no additional costs. TJ was able to answer my questions about the repairs plus they identified a factory recall and advised me to call Nissan to get it repaired. The only area of opportunity that I have is to keep customer informed on the status of repair and estimated completion date.

1-communication was extremely poor, coupled with lies about when our vehicle would be ready (over 3 weeks past scheduled delivery) 2-poor communication on insurance claim status 3-you provided us a broken rental car (after the long delays) and didn’t do anything about trying to help us out. Poor experience all around. I haven’t seen the vehicle so I am not sure about the repairs yet, but my wife seems happy.
