Terence was particularly helpful in arranging the time for my car to get fixed and he answered my questions since it was my first time submitting through a claim. He explained the process and kept in touch with me via text as I had requested (I was out of the country). Jason explained the issues with my car and how it would be unsafe to drive; because I really needed my car for work he quickly fixed my radiator the same day so I could use my car for work again. =)

Jason went above and beyond to repair my car. It looks better than brand new. Jason had a driver take me to the rental car location where the paperwork was all ready to go. When I went to pick up my repaired car, I dropped off the rental, was shuttled immediately to the shop and picked up my car in mere minutes. Highly recommend these guys. Absolutely flawless service and the quality is top notch.
