They left my car with zero fuel, and I couldn't start it. Apparently they don't put fuel in vehicles, even after putting 20 miles on it.

Not a chance. The work was alright, however the customer service was so poor I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I wasn't even thanked for being a customer when I picked up my car.
