I enjoy Robert & Courtney. Robert has an eye for detail and goes the extra mile to ensure the finished product his shop produces is impeccable. Courtney is like a air traffic controller. She always makes sure we are in the loop & the process flows. Quality people & Quality workmanship.

We did have issues with some of the custom electrical within the wall after going over a bumpy pass and what seems like coming undone this past weekend but the body work looks great and like new.

I’ve had the misfortune of using Autocraft twice over the last several years: once for a repairs to a crushed pillar from a fallen tree, and most recently, a collision with an elk. The latter resulted in about $20k of damage to my nearly new, barely driven Volvo. Heartbreaking! In each instance, Autocraft did exceptional work. The damage to the Volvo was extreme, which had me concerned that it might not ever drive or feel the same again. Two days and 100+ miles later, it drives and feels exactly as I remember. And the paint match is spot on. Literally good as new! Finally, the people here are fantastic! Isabel, Alex and Robert were a pleasure to work with. Great communicators, easy to reach, patient, friendly, great at explaining the work and the process. With some luck, I’ll never need to use them again, but I won’t hesitate to call them if I do.
