The company miss a repair feature and told me they would call me about it and havent after one week: the issue is my splash guard on my passenger side rear was damaged in the accident however this was not replaces/ fixed. I brought this to the attention of the rep, ( Tom Sexton handled my case but im not sure he was the one i showed to error to) nevertheless this was missed and i have not gotten a call about it yet--- additionally my car smells like paint/ expoy for the last week now. -- please advise. My car looks brand new. I had a difficult time allowing Auto Mark to do excellent work. My car damage was greater than what appeared at the estimate. I did appreciate the high quality work.
