Satisfied with the overall work. However, this location takes on more work than they can actually handle. In addition, there is no communication on when parts are ordered or expected to come in. There is no communication about the status of the vehicle being repaired. Even when calling for updates, we were given the run around and never given clear answers. It's unfortunate because they are capable of doing quality work. But I would not use this location in the future or recommend to anyone else. Honesty and communication are key in any business.

We were frustrated with the time it took but understood that was 100% because of insurance delaying the process. We’d also rather wait a few extra days and know the repairs were done correctly - so we’re grateful for the extra care to ensure our son had a safe vehicle. Appreciate all that Fred and his team did to get the truck fixed!
