We were frustrated with the time it took but understood that was 100% because of insurance delaying the process. We’d also rather wait a few extra days and know the repairs were done correctly - so we’re grateful for the extra care to ensure our son had a safe vehicle. Appreciate all that Fred and his team did to get the truck fixed!
