The day we are supposed to get the car back, I wanted to schedule a pick up. The guy answered the call didn't have any idea if all the service was done. Better communicate more internally.

Dan was excellent! I asked that he have my car ready by Friday since I was paying privately for a rental car... He had it ready by Thursday! The entire staff was very friendly (including enterprise), and made the whole experience a lot less stressful. Thanks again!
