Bryce Slagle was PHENOMENAL. Best service person I have EVER worked with!!! He kept me up to date on my car’s repairs every few days and really kept me in the loop on what to expect etc. Even the checkout process was quick and easy when I got my car back! I would highly recommend Bryce to my friends and family as I know he will always do such a great job!

Communication was generally good, and the coordination with Enterprise made the rental process easier. However, the overall repair timeline exceeded three months, which was a significant inconvenience for our family. Additionally, when the vehicle was returned, the rear windshield wiper was rubbing against the center taillight and making a thumping noise, and the dash cam wiring had not been properly reinstalled into the trim and weather seal, leaving the cord exposed. I appreciate the professionalism shown by Bryce, but the lengthy repair time and the issues discovered upon pickup affected my overall satisfaction with the experience.
