Overall, I had a positive experience with your shop. The repair was completed within the exact timeframe promised, and communication throughout the process was excellent. However, I was very surprised and disappointed by the condition of my vehicle when I picked it up. The interior was noticeably dirty, which was unexpected and took away from an otherwise professional experience. I would recommend taking extra care to ensure vehicles are returned in clean condition, as this detail makes a big difference in overall customer satisfaction. AutoNation on Hoffner Ave in Orlando did an amazing job! While I was away from home in training, I got into a fender bender. They estimated my repair to be ready in about 2 1/2 weeks - they day I was flying out for a trip and leaving to go home the next day. They were able to get the car repaired in only a week! They did a great job, were very friendly, and the car looks great! Can not recommend them enough! Thank you for getting my car ready so quickly!
