The entire team worked hard to complete the repair. I had almost daily updates of the status of the car. I was initially very nervous since my car was only a few months old. However the result surpassed my expectations. All were friendly and helpful.

I had a great experience. The people working for you deserve praise. Getting your car fixed isn't fun, but Devon, Heidi and Faisal made the experience painless. They were knowledgeable, professional and all had a great demeanor. Everything was explained so I understood and they kept me in the loop at each point in the repair. I will definitely be using this location in ally future issues.

Devon and Faisal were great. I had to bring my car back after picking it up because wind was coming through the door, and they identified the problem area and added a sealant which resolved the issue. Car drives like brand new!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Classic Collision, especially Devon. When my car came in, it had significant damage and the entire situation had already been extremely stressful for me. I’m also five months pregnant, so being without my vehicle and dealing with everything surrounding the repairs was a lot for me. From the beginning, Devon was reassuring, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about getting my car taken care of. He told me he would do his absolute best to get everything repaired correctly and as quickly as possible, and he did exactly what he said he would do. That meant more to me than he probably realizes. My car needed a lot of work, and seeing how quickly everything came together after how worried I was was such a huge relief. Devon went above and beyond, and I truly believe employees like him deserve to be recognized. He made me feel like my car wasn’t just another repair sitting in the shop. He understood that I needed my vehicle back, especially being pregnant and having a family to take care of, and he did everything he could to make that happen. Devon seriously deserves a raise! I am beyond grateful for the work he and the team did on my Kia. I also want to recognize Heidi at the front desk because she was amazing as well. She was always kind, welcoming, helpful, and professional anytime I spoke with her. Having people who are patient and genuinely nice makes such a difference when you’re already dealing with a stressful situation. Thank you so much to Devon, Heidi, and everyone at Classic Collision who worked on my vehicle. What started as an extremely stressful situation ended with me feeling relieved, grateful, and completely satisfied with the repair experience. I truly appreciate you all, but Devon especially deserves to be recognized for keeping his word and getting my car taken care of so quickly.

The painr work was done sloppy. While, i understand its never going to be factory finish. The employees need to strive for 95 to 100% perfect. Nothing below. Also there are buffer trails perhaps from the lack of a finishing compund. Overall, the scratch is gone... but i am not 100% satisfied
