Every employee i encounter from the day i drop off my Lexus until today when i pick it up were very professional, respectful and explained the entire repair process of my vehicle. I was kept informed throughout the day via text messages from drop to pick up on the progress of my repairs. I knew daily on what stages of the repairs and timeline. I have never encountered a company that was so efficient in their timeline and keeping their customers updated,. When received my Lexus today it look just like when i purchased it less than a year ago. I am so grateful and satisfied with the work your employees provided. I could not find anything to complain about. Excellent work and I received my vehicle earlier than the timeline you predicted. Thank you so much. Bravo to this wonderful company and your employees.
