I want to say that this is my 2nd vehicle I had repaired by Auto Nation, and the 1st reason I chose to return the 2nd time was Charles Reed! Where do I begin with that amazingly courtesy, thoughtful, diligent, professional man! He made sure to notify me every single step of the way while my car in his presence, he updated me on any little change, new hidden damage that wasn't seen with the visual walk through, he is just all around the BEST and as long as he is working for Auto Nation I will forever remain his loyal customer! Was little put off by the delay due to the side mirror being incorrectly painted & had to be re-done. Roy Briceno was awesome. He kept me apprised of the multiple delays.
