Even though they had my car for one month they did not tell me to order a front license plate until I picked up the car. Now I am driving illegally without a front plate. Also they did not clean out the inside of the car. Did not even vacuum much less do the cleaning that comes with the collision repair. They did not call me until the car was completely ready. No notice. I had to rush out to get there close too six p.m. The worst part: Roy promised a lifetime guarantee. Then he said if I trade in the car there IS NO GUARANTEE. What kind of warranty is that. Very dissatisfied. Driving to Houston today illegally since I'm at Austin cancer center and can't get the license plate. Very dissatisfied. I feel that I have been taken advantage of. He said that I was the only one who get the plate BUT HE SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME IN ADVANCE TO ORDER IT ONE MONTH AGO.

I have not had time to inspect the repairs fully. At first appearance it looks great on the surface. I'm glad I decided to replace the windshield. Driving is better without cracks.
