Autonation did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. My collision estimator, Tim Kilcrease, was very professional and knowledgeable. He kept me updated daily on the progress of my vehicle. Tim provided outstanding customer service throughout the repair process. He kept me informed through daily phone calls and answered all of my questions with ease. Additionally, he was extremely courteous and genuine during every interaction. The repairs were done quickly and with the highest attention to detail; my vehicle looks as good as new.
