The repairs were great. however, I think it's imperative to contact the vehicle owner at least every other day to keep them abreast of the status. I was only expecting to be without my vehicle for 3 days. As it turns out, I was without my vehicle for 10 days. As long as owners are kept in the loop, we can better understand what the challenges may be.

Although my interactions were always polite, I'm disappointed in the fact that I was not contacted with status updates. I had to continually call to get status updates. In addition, my calls were not returned in a timely manner.
