Sheri Anderson was always very professional and courteous, but because she worked alone and spent much of her time between the dealership and the collision repair facility, it was almost impossible to communicate with her without having to leave a message. l think there should always be a person at the dealership to answer the phone and interface with customers without having to spend so much time shuttling cars across town.

I have to tell you that I'm in the customer service business and that we pride ourselves in taking care of customers needs etc... Matt Johnson did a great job in keeping me informed on my process. My repair was not major but I felt big or small he was concerned in doing what was right for me. He contacted the insurance company on my behalf as there were some hidden things that needed attention. I am very pleased in what he did and if I need anything done, hopefully not, I will definitely come back. Please thank Matt for me.
