The repairs took longer than expected. Even though there was a drop-off date set, the repairs did not start till 3-4 days later. Also, after pickup, I noticed scratches in interior.

Brittany was very helpful and patient. I just wish I new that they were going to be using used/restored parts. The tail light that was replaced was very dirty and not in the best shape. But, other than that I was pleased with the service provided.
