My samle size is small so I dont' know if this is an anomoly or normal. The bumper that was repaird looks great. When there was a delay the rep made every effort to get my truck back to me for an upcoming trip.

Excellent appearance on the outside. The tailgate and door that were repaired close a bit harsher than before, which they did mention and tried to fine-tune, but otherwise perfect job.

Still a significant rattle in the rear, and the fan motor/blower seems just as loud.

Very friendly and courteous. The only thing that caught me by surprise was when the rental car company called me to inform me that my rental allowance will expire in 24 hours. This happened before I was informed that the repairs would probably be finished in time, but it didn't leave me much time to plan the pick-up.

The whole experience was great- starting with Jon. I received emails about the progress and was called about an issue that was not on the estimate. The car was cleaned and I would say detailed. Wow! I hope I do not need to use the shop again, but if I do, I know where I will go.
