Everyone was super nice... But it took close to an hour to get the rental car...although the auto nation folks called twice for it...then they called enterprise even though State Farm wanted to use hertz. By the time Hertz got there, enterprise got there at the same time... Not autonation's fault...and when I got to hertz there was aparantly no reservation and there should have been... My car was fixed and detailed when they said it would be and it looks like new... I am extremely pleased with it and the automation people... I think the problems I had were pretty minor and the Hertz person was very nice too. My service advisor was Vanessa and she was terrific.
