The repair was not adequate! After being able to observe the repair in the daytime I was shocked that they tried to claim it was repaired to a "like new" condition. There were multiple damage / stress lines that were obviously telegraphing through the bumper, the final form was wavy and not smooth like the original bumper. The gap is different in the bumper to metal panel joints (it does not match the opposite side). This was all due to their attemp to "repair" the damaged bumper vs replace it. It must be replaced and I will not accept the current repair as adequate or complete.

Overall they were informative and kept me relatively up to date on the status. That said, they let the car battery drain to a level where the car's sensitive electronics lost some of their settings... since the repair the car has not driven the same as it did before.... this was just a rear bumper impact and should not have affected any vehicle performance... but the shift points and other advanced features are all having to relearn and some previously set performance points in the electronic system were reset to factory or similar. The car does not perform the same and in looking this up it was the low power alerts that the car was sending out (e-mail and through my app) on the vehicle display. I called the shop to tell them of the alert, and they said they knew about it, they knew what they were doing and that they would take care of it.

Excellent service and very profesional. The front desk staff was very sweet and profesional. Abraham went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was fixed to a very high standard. Overall it was unfortunate that I had an accident but glad my vehicle was taken care of by Abraham and the entire team at the shop. Keep up the great work!
