I had an excellent experience with Helfman Collision Center, and I especially want to recognize David Sedam for the outstanding customer service he provided throughout the entire process. David consistently went above and beyond to keep me informed, answer my questions, and make sure I understood what was happening with my repair. When delays from Alfa Romeo’s OEM factories began holding up the shipment of my front bumper, David did not simply wait for the issue to resolve itself. He promptly got me involved, kept me updated, and helped make sure the situation continued moving forward despite circumstances that were largely outside of Helfman Collision Center’s control. What stood out most was his communication, professionalism, and willingness to advocate for me as the customer. Long repair delays can be extremely frustrating, but David made a difficult situation much easier to manage because I always felt like someone was paying attention and actively working on my behalf. Please make sure David receives recognition for the level of service he provided. His effort and professionalism reflect extremely well on Helfman Collision Center, and I truly appreciate everything he did throughout the process.
