Perhaps there was a misunderstanding, at the beginning, but I waited several weeks before I was told that I needed to drop the car off before the insurance company would accept the additional work. Other than that it was great.

I was very pleased with the exceptional service I received at AutoNation collison center. The center catered to all my needs conerning my car repairs, dropping off and picking up my car. This was the best service I have ever received and I highly recommend this collision center. Although I live in Beaumont, I will always utilize this center when I need it. I was very pleased with the level of service and amount of detail given to my vehicle. Everyone was extremely helpful and very personable. I didnât have any concerns at all throughout this entire process. My advisor catered to all of my concerns and I was highly satisfied! Although I live in Beaumont, TX I will never utilize another Collison center. Iâll drive the 1.5 hours just for the exceptional service.
