My experience was superb! I initially called Mike Walsh, my service advisor, for guidance as he always provides the best direction. Mike connected me to Matthew Watson, Autonation Collision Center Galleria, and he gave me a quote and proposal for repairing the damage to my E350. The work was completed in a timely manner, but above all I really appreciated Matthewâs daily communication on their progress. As a customer, I felt Matthew demonstrated professionalism and awesome customer service, and my vehicle looks brand new! Thanks again!
