I am satisfied with the final results of the repair; however, I am very disappointed with the customer service I received. The coordination between the repair shop and the rental car provider was extremely poor. Due to delays and miscommunication, I had to pay an additional $100 because the rental car was not returned to the rental company even three days after I dropped it off. This was both inconvenient and unfair.

The repair is perfect. Unfortunately whoever detailed the car rubbed off the steering wheel buttons so now I am left with white splotches on my steering wheel. It was not like this at all when I dropped off the car. I would like that replaced and fixed. I have already ordered parts.

Door does not close shut, so seals are coming off or are not installed properly, delivered with paint nicks, scratches on the handle, wheel repair job is poor.

Jared was exceptional throughout the entire repair process. He consistently went above and beyond, maintaining open communication with me every step of the way. Not only was he incredibly understanding, but he also took the time to assist with issues outside of the repairs, offering valuable help with matters that weren't directly related. Thank you for providing such excellent service. Jarod kept me informed about the status of my car every other day, and on days he was not working, he left Cheri in charge. The Tesla was visibly repaired, but came back with new problems of not being able to charge. It was not put together correctly after repair.

The work and finish on the door was good. The was vehicle was misused and drained off battery. The ac settings were all heavily loaded and the audio sources changed. I had to end up replacing battery as it was completely drained. I don't find a reason why they had to makes changes to ac and audio.
