Was told I’d be called a week later on Wednesday with an update on what time frame to expect and did not get call. Called Friday during business hours and was not called back until the following Tuesday with update. So basically I had no clue what was going on for 2 weeks until the work was basically complete. Minus the lack of communication during repairs everything else was great!

Took an extra week which means I had to be charged for the rental. Still waiting for them to call me back about a refund. And this is a preferred repair shop!!!

The car was impeccable. They detailed it inside. The new bumper looks great. The only thing was that the blind spot sensor was not calibrated. It did not work. I had to go back for it to be fixed. So I think it will be fine now.

I will give them a 10 but the person at the shop argued with me when I first got there. But at the end he found away to apologize. They fixed it while I waited.
