Parts of the roof assembly were left unsecured leading to a part coming a lose and being lost. A plastic section which covers the passenger side front window was left loose and flapping.

The completion date was extended more than once. I was told the vehicle would finally be prepared on 5 August, but is was not, and when ai called I was told it would be ready the next day, but it was not, and no one called me until I followed up.
