The process was made so easy. I was able to drop my car off, get an estimate and the rental all in the same place on the same day at the same time. Less trips made it so much easier. The updates were cute--Your Toyota is happy here! I would forward them to friends to share the giggle. Tito was great to work with. Having one person to talk to was a blessing.
