Beverly Ecknenrod did a great job. She welcomed me with a bottle of fresh water and made sure I was updated during the process of the cost and repair of my vehicle. She had to wait for me an hour late after office closing time to hand my car back to me. I will definetly recommend the collision center to friends and family.

The gentleman who helped me throughout the process was very professional, always on time when I scheduled two appointments (initial, and to drop of the car), and did an excellent job at communicating where my car was in the repair process. I would definitely use AutoNation Collision again soley because this gentleman's customer service was excellent.

My customer service rep was awesome!! He was always on time and super friendly and professional. He listened to my concerns with the car and even fixed an insurance issue that had two different claim numbers submitted. While always being polite and cheerful.
