It might be okay for small repairs, but I don’t think they were equipped to handle such a big job. I kept saying as time passed that I wished I could’ve just taken my car to a Chevy Dealership for repair. I never would’ve chosen this place myself honestly.

The dogleg piece on the side that was damaged is not 100% flush, but overall everything seems to be back to normal.

It was really nice that Sandy called every day with information. To me, this was an incredible first! But after weeks passed, we discovered that she did not have specifics about what was actually going on with our vehicle and the problems they were having. It’s certainly not Sandy’s fault; she can only relay what info she has. But it lead us to believe, day after day, week after week, that our car would be finished far sooner than it actually was. Once we started talking to Charlie who had actual details, we realized what was actually happening with the car.
