Charlie did a great job and my Escape looks like brand new. Sandy was very helpful and kept me informed and updated every step and called me daily with a status report I had unusual circumstances in scheduling make repairs and they understood my situation and they did everything possible to cooperate.

Sandy and Charlie were great customer relations people. I don’t know who was doing the bodywork behind the scenes, but they deserve a lot of credit. My car looks like it was ever in an accident. They kept me abreast of the situation every step of the way. They got me set up in a rental while the work was being done. Totally fluid and seamless. 10 out of 10.
