I have chips in my hood paint that wasn’t there before…they had already painted it once in a claim from hitting a deer and my side mirror ist adjusted right…this was by far not the best experience

Evidently the mechanic working on my vehicle quite ! A belt broke on paint machine! No paint available to match car! Discovered a headlight and sensor had to be replaced at the last minute! Front desk was excellent!

The gentleman who gave me the assessment of work needing to be done focused on the scratches and cracked headlight that had nothing to do with the actual collision damage wanting me to get those repaired and it ticked me off. My concern was the collision damage. He later apologized.
