Best auto repair experience in my life. I never complete reviews but am compelled to so make a rare exception to tell the world about the great job Chris did for me. He made a habit of giving me short status reports almost every day. These let me know my car wasn’t sitting in a garage abyss. I knew how things were progressing, status of part orders, and how my repair was tracking vis a vis the completion estimate. Chris responded quickly to my questions and worked seamlessly w my insurance. I was prepared for this to be painful and it wasn’t. And oh man the repair team did a bang up job. They found and fixed things I hadn’t bothered to complain about. It’s like a brand new car. Suffice it to say they’ve earned a new loyal customer.
