Service and communication was excellent. Chris kept me updated and worked with me and the insurance company, couldn’t have asked for a better experience! However, the constant reminders to leave feedback was very annoying, almost to the point I considered leaving a bad review. I even got a call from a number with my phones area code (not Dallas, not in Texas). This is a bad business practice as it’s pretty suspect. The lady said she was calling from Idaho, also not the area code of the caller; using a spoofed area code to trick the customer into answering isn’t what I’d consider professional. I don’t need emails, texts, and random calls daily to remind me to leave feedback. It was annoying at best.
