The repair was delayed and they had my car for a week longer. They needed a part which they could have gotten next door at the Lincoln dealer but they ordered it from the Lincoln connection they had which caused them to have to wait for the part to be shipped. It would have been nice if they could have stepped outside if the box and gone next door to get the part locally and sooner.
