AutoNation ordered parts and had everything ready so when I brought my car it was being repaired ASAP. Chris kept me updated, the rental agency picked me up and it was so easy. When my car was repaired, it was good as new and again Chris was there to make sure I was happy. Chris also let me know repairs were up to Lexus standards. Thank you.
