You know your talking to a professional as he does his estimate and goes over it with you. My Edge looked like new after being repaired plus it was washed and tire dressing applied. So far I'm quite happy with the repairs, paint job, and hard work that was put into repairing my car. The turnaround time was impeccable with being done in a little over a week versus the original deadline of two weeks.
