I was helped by Scott Tetrault. He was the most cordial, helpful and accomodating agent. I had misplaced my cellphone pouch and upon contacting the office regarding this, a person by the name of Sarah went out of her way to look for it. Scott was not there at the time. They were both so helpful beyond the call of duty. My pouch was found under the seat of my car that was being fixed. If all your agents are the caliber of Scott and Sarah, kudos to you.
