Alex went over everything from beginning to end. He kept me up to date on each phase. the actual repairs were done very quickly once in shop because He ordered all the parts immediately and waited till they were in, so that I could continue to drive my car and not have to pay storage. Everyone was very attentive, had the paperwork ready. Somehow wrong first name was on my information, tho.
