The insurance company handling the claim offered me a lot of incentives to use a shop affiliated with them, but I’m so glad I stuck to my guns and chose the BMW shop instead.

Bianca was very helpful and coordinated the entire process very seamlessly. Additionally, Nick at the collision center kept me informed proactively. They did an excellent repair. I was rear ended and the bumper panels had to be fixed and the sensors to be replaced /recalibrated. Overally excellent experience

Nicholas amazing, front office greeter amazing, tech who worked on my car great, honestly id recommend specific people but overall hard to ignore the TONS of negative reviews the shop has online..was mu biggest hesitation in having my vehicle here in the beginning. But the specific people I interacted with were above and BEYOND.
