I was given the impression that my car would take much shorter time to be ready. Would i have been an honest time it would take, i would have made a different arrangement since i was loaned from my pocket, but it was a catch to get my business. Then o got my car back with flat tire. I was made to believe i dropped it thatway. I had to get new tire because the punture was at place that couldn't be fixed. Then the painting was a mess; i noticed one spot immediately and it was taken back in while i was dropping the loaner. When i picked it and stopped at tire place, i noticed two more places. Painting was only on the rear part, a small area to have so many flaws. I was then told that one place required sand paper. The car was dropped from Mercedes service where i left it for tire change. When i was called to pick my car from Mercedes service, after they also dropped it for the paintings to be fixed, only one place got fixed. Im not returning it there because im pidsed off.

Although the quality of the repair was ultimately good, the car was not ready when promised and the tail lights were temporarily disabled when the new tail light was not connected properly.

The manager was apologetic when the car was late and when the tail light did not work, so he reduced the price by $100, which was much appreciated.
