A piece that holds the seatbelt in place for the middle seat of our third row fell from the ceiling of the vehicle the first time we had someone sit in the seat. All in all we're satisfied - particularly the exterior - but the overall communication and process were abhorent.

See comments from chat sent to Travelers throughout the process. Ultimately, they tried to get us to take the car with a heavy orange peel texture. We refused it and they tried again. They never did what they said they would do within the time frame they committed to. Travelers did not assist us when i asked for them to get involved, despite the fact that Travelers had referred us to the repair shop to begin with. Very frustrating.
