The repair is fine; however, AutoNation delivered my car filthy on the inside. One of the rear seat floormats was still in the trunk. There were layers of dust on the dash, and there was a distinct odor inside.

Communication was sparse. For instance, I received text messages from the service department that my repairs had been completed, but no one from the collision center had ever informed this would happen. They had my car more than two months, and I never heard a word from them. I actually had to go by there to get a progress report.

I really didn’t like the fact that there was so many parts delay’s and it took over two months nearly a full three months till the car was repaired and still had to go back because the part for the front camera was on back order.
