Only part of process I didn’t care for is I had to wait a month to start repair process but the end result was exceptionally done very Well I applaud the manager of the collision shop he went above & beyond his responsibility fixing my vehicle & I hope u ppl let the manager of collision know what a great job he did for me

How ironic or get a text from y'all and I'm headed up there very dissatisfied. My boulevard's lights not working and my truck is not running right and nobody wants to help and nobody believes me and nobody seems to know anything so I'm on my way back there

When your replace my bull guard the light does not work. And I'm very dissatisfied because my truck is still not running right. Seems like nobody knows anything the service center don't know crap Collision Center don't know crap

Unsure. The only reason I used them was because the were a Travelers-approved shop. I would have probably used one of the other two or three shops I've used in the past.

The actual repair quality appears fine. However, the repair took far longer than estimated, about six weeks. That said, though, AutoNation picked up the cost of the rental for the duration of the service after the insurance ceased coverage for the rental.
