I was told I would receive updates on the status of my during the week and that did not happen. When I called they said they thought it would be done Thursday,but they would call. I never received a phone call and it ended up not being ready until Friday. When I went to pick up the vehicle and turn in my rental car, I was told my vehicle was parked outside and yet when I got outside their where rows and rows of cars. I spent 10 0 min looking for it before someone who happened to be outside offered to help me find it. The car had a horrific oder in it for three days. So bad that it triggered my asthma.

i did not receive any updates on the status of my vehicle. i was told it would beo done in 4 days and it took 5 and i never receuved a call saying why it wasnt done. i had to initiate all the contact. upon pucking up my vehicle, it took me 10 min to locate it as i was not guven any intruction on where to fund it other than it was parked somewhere outside the door. when i got into my car, the odor in the car was horrible. so bad it truggered my asthma. it took 3 daya for the odor to no linger be noticeable.
