Most of the collision damage was repaired adequately. However, I had specifically mentioned a steering alignment issue prior to dropping off the vehicle. When I picked up the car, I asked the technician whether this had been corrected and was told that it had been fixed. After driving on the highway, I noticed the steering wheel is still tilted to the right, which suggests the alignment issue was not fully resolved. This was disappointing, especially since I had confirmed it at pickup.

7 days then maybe 14 days but a promise of quicker delivery. If you don’t have a rental this is frustrating. You did good, 7 days.

Work took way longer than expected of quoted but not the fault to Autonation. Apparently some parts were complex and hard to obtain and certify.

My car was returned to me approximately 4 weeks later but the repairs were not complete. I am still waiting for one of the parts to come in in order to complete the repair.
