Zach was fantastic! He got me in right away, kept me updated on all that was going on throughout the process. He even came back out after I picked up the car to wash of what we thought was a scratch on the headlight and ended up being salt.

While it was definitely an inconvenience having to come back multiple times after I was told my vehicle was ready to pick up, the staff there was apologetic, friendly, and reassuring.
