Service and work great, but somewhere in the repair to the collision danage the horn was disabled. We harve a appt on 1/5 for them to reconnect or find out what the issue is at their expense I am to understand

Service was excellent but found out after we picked up car . Evidently something happened to disable our horn. We took it back and we have a appt on 1/5 for them to fix the issue. At this point we have been promised they will repair it free of charge as we had a horn when we took it in for repair for collision damage.

apparently after they had finished the work, someone opened a car door and dented the door again - they fixed that repair and covered the rental car on the extra days needed - it does sound like they may have left something loose within the door though - when I hit bumps, something rattles - I am going to have to take it back down there and have them figure out what is going on

The completion date kept getting extended over and over
